We've just taken the Beta sign down at CircleUp and we completed our Beta test with flying colors. We have a bunch of new features that make it easier than ever to communicate with groups, teams, clubs, non-profits and business organizations.
We've grown to over 100,000 registered users who use CircleUp to reach 4.5 million members of their various Circles.
Some of these new features include:
  1. A new inbox that makes organizing your CircleUps easier than ever before
    1. We've added CircleUp templates for lots of different kinds of groups that were created by other CircleUp users; you can reuse them with your groups and friends
    2. Higher response rates from your Circles due to a complete rewrite of the QuestionBox to make it faster and easier to respond to the CircleUps you send
    3. More control; you can easily delete and hide either questions or results
    4. More flexibility; every CircleUp can have up to 30 detailed responses
  2. Reorganized CircleUp Wizard that takes you step by step through the process
  3. Facebook support so you can login to CircleUp with your Facebook address and send CircleUps to any Facebook user while still addressing your other groupmates or teammates via email, AIM or Yahoo Instant Messaging
  4. Faster, easier to use myCircles Management
    1. Expanded privacy settings so you can control who sees what in your group
    2. "Copy To" feature makes it easier than ever to combine email, IM and Facebook contacts in a common Circle.
    3. Shared Circles so you can create a Circle and share it with all the members to send CircleUps to the Circle themselves
    4. Cool automated announcements that let you tell everyone in your Circles that you are using CircleUp and that you've shared the Circle with them
    5. Direct channels right to your AIM and Yahoo IM contacts from your myQuestions page
  5. New and improved Outlook Toolbar that lets you integrate CircleUp to your Outlook contacts in real time, right inside of Outlook
    1. Use CircleUp without ever leaving Outlook
    2. Grab the address line of an old email and automatically make a Circle out of it
    3. Open your contacts and build a Circle in real time by selecting users
    4. Manage your CircleUps right inside of Outlook
  6. Improved forwarding for extending the reach of your groups and networks
  7. A widget you can embed on your group web site to add CircleUp functionality inside of your site
  8. A Daily Results html email or RSS feed that will give you updates on your CircleUps without having to visit the web site.
  9. hCard Microformat support for any CircleUp using the Contact Information answer pattern (this is for the geeks in the crowd!)
  10. Increased maximums for file attachment sizes with more file types supported.
